My name is Stavros Mytilios. I’m a Greek ski instructor and sports professional based in Zermatt, Switzerland.
Skiing has been part of my life since childhood. I studied Physical Education and Sports Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specialising in skiing, and later completed an MSc in Exercise & Health at the University of Thessaly.
Since 2022, I have been teaching alpine skiing in Zermatt. My approach combines technical knowledge, sports science and practical mountain experience with a friendly and relaxed teaching style.
For me, a great ski lesson is not only about technique. It’s also about building confidence, understanding the mountain and enjoying the experience.
